This helps us prepare and give each guest the attention they deserve. 2. Appointment Confirmation After booking, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your appointment details. We’ll also send a reminder 24 hours before your visit so you’re fully prepared! 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling We get it—life happens! You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to one hour before your scheduled time. Cancellations or changes within one hour of your appointment are not permitted. This helps us respect everyone’s time and keep things running smoothly. There are no fees for changes made outside the one-hour window—we just ask for a little notice! 4. Late Arrivals Running behind? Give us a quick call. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you, but your service may be shortened if needed to stay on schedule. We appreciate your understanding! 5.
